is it out yet? if not does anybody know approx. when they are released and what it may consist of?

In years past it has been August or September before the full schedule was released.

Sometimes, we'll get the OOC portion of the schedule earlier.

Not out yet, but getting close to being completed according to Eric Sexton.

18 MVC games, Old Spice Classic (3) - see separate thread, Northern Arizona in BB return game in Wichita, BB game TBD. That accounts for about 80%.

I think we owe LSU a couple of road games, but not sure that we play them in the 08-09 season.

UMKC will probably be on the schedule.

Not sure if we owe Wyoming a return game.

Texas Tech,UMKC,Northern Arizona as of right now I believe highlight the OOC schedule
The we also play in the Old Spice Classic which there is a thread on.

Im sure there is a couple of games that still need to be scheduled.

No game with LSU and the series with Wyoming is done.

We were supposed to play LSU in Bossier/Shreveport this year, but I think LSU has either bought us out or has pushed back that game. ASM is correct with what we know so far in the non-con: @ Texas Tech, Northern Arizona and UMKC at home and The Old Spice Classic.

I thought the LSU game is still on, just a year later.

The LSU game is still on and still supposed to be a neutral site game just postponed a year. Some talk of it being in a different area. I think it was Houston.

LSU was pushed back a year and I thought the talk was maybe moving it to Dallas.

Everything else has already been covered.

Dallas would be even better. WSU fans would outnumber LSU fans.

Most definitely. I have a friend in the Dallas area I haven't seen in a few years. That's why I seem to remember the rumor being Dallas. Although it may have been Texas and I just filled in Dallas...

Don't we owe UAB a return game in Birmingham?

So two years before LSU. That's okay by me as we'll have more time to strengthen our team

LaSalle, Penn or St. Joseph’s in the Palestra. I would love to cover a game there just to see the arena.
Butler in Hinkle Fieldhouse. Same reason
I agree with him there. playing one of the Big 5 at the Palestra could be good.
                              Historical Arena - Check
Decent basketball teams - not quite a check
Good exposure on the eastern side of things - Check
