Though he can't talk about specific recruits, I'd be interested in hearing his thoughts about when Spring recruiting might be wrapped up, in terms of timing. Also, I'd like to know which of the recruits and current roster he expects to be here over the summer.

Coach has said that all the players will be here over the summer. The new guys will be taking 1 or 2 classes getting a jump start on the academic side.

I have yet to hear Coach Marshall's stance regarding this issue. I think it's a legitimate and intriguing question. Why not ask?

we are never going to play KU, because they are afraid of losing to us, or the fact that it might help our program in a positive way. CASE CLOSED.

I think he was only asked about 1000 times last year. He addressed it like the first 10 coaches shows as well as all his appearances on sports daily and in the paper several times. His stance is that hed love to play KU but its not going to happen because KU wont play us. Hed love to play K state but K state wont play us. Hed love to get the rivalry going with Tulsa again but for whatever reason it hasnt worked out so far. He stated that his philosphy in regards to scheduling is to approach all the regional schools starting at the top about games. That mean start with the KU's and work down to the Texas pan america tech agro. There now you know... Can we move on now...

What are the advantages and disadvantages of recruiting to WSU vs other schools (most recently ISU) and how does that affect whom you go after?


What are coach's long term plans in terms of advancement?


In a perfect world, or at least a realistic world where he had total control, what kind of schedule would he like to put together and would that differ from year to year based upon material?


What is the one person or skill that we haven't heard about or hasn't been talked about that as a fan I should look forward to next season?


And lastly, what are your personal expectations of Wichita State basketball over the next 3-5 years in terms of competitiveness, financial goals, fan support and national stature?
