    • So Jeff ******* said he was resuming "light" practice, TE said he resumed practice this past weekend, and now Rothstein is saying he hasn't practiced. This is all getting to be very confusing.

      • I just want the doctors and LS to be patient and err on the conservative side. Same with MM. I
am more concerned with March than Nov/Dec

I think the confusion is that he's been doing workouts but hasn't been in full contact or drills yet.

            • I've read that he has been sprinting and running. The cutting, jumping, and changing directions would be where the most pressure would be on the bone.

              • Do we know who is starting the 1 for UMKC, or will we see during the Henderson St. and Newman exhibitions?

                  All signs point to SHJ

                    • Agree with SB46, gonna be SHJ with a little CF sprinkled in. Not sure how much game action AR will see; haven't heard much on his progress.

Austin didn't seem to be restricted in anyway at Shocker Madness. Has something happened since then?

Agreed. Though I did not think he looked great at Madness either. He was, however, the PG for one of the teams, and CF played SG.

                          • Reaves was cleared for practice a few weeks before Madness. Not being able to use your arm for 5 months builds up some rust and has some accompanying loss of strength. He had the same situation last year with the other shoulder. He seemed to have recovered nicely by the start of the season, but I don't remember his doing much at Madness last year either.

I'm not worried about Reaves' recovery. We just saw him when he was nowhere near 100% and that's all we have to base anything on right now.

I don't think he peaked as a Fr and I will gladly take the So version of what I saw last year before he separated his shoulder for the third time. His production may drop off a little now that opponents are aware of him. We may have to settle for 45% from 3 instead of 52%.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

                            • Marshall said that LS has suffered a setback in practice with his ankle having soreness.
