Not knowledgable with the inner workings of the program at all......but my immediate thought was there was an incompatability between 3G and Heiar.....

Honestly not for sure, like I said it was just rumors we heard in St Louis, but I wouldn't be surprised if there was a sit down and they discussed his future here and Marshall let him know that it'd be best for him to start putting his name out there for other positions.

I noticed twitter job posting earlier today for Associate Head Basketball coach on twitter for Wichita State.. I just assumed it was for the women's program.
