"Jerry Carino's Associated Press Top 25 men's basketball ballot" - NJ Gannett News
ny Jerry Carino, AP Voter
Posted: 11/27/17
"Analysis: This was a crazy week for the sport, hence a difficult ballot . . . The big winner is Notre Dame, which jumps seven spots after edging Wichita State . . . The big loser is Arizona, which plummets from No. 2 to out. No way to justify leaving them in after three losses, including two to unranked squads . . . Seton Hall was a close call with a solid No. 25 Kenpom, but the defeat to shorthanded, two-loss Rhody (Kenpom: 53) hurts. Nevada may be ahead of SHU in the pecking order, having beaten Rhody. The Pirates will have two shots to return this week against Texas Tech and Louisville; a 1-1 split probably does it . . . Check out Creighton’s resume, with wins over two ranked teams (at the time), one of which came on the road, and the lone loss to ranked Baylor . . . By conference: ACC (6), Big 12 (5), SEC (4), Big East (3), Big Ten (2), AAC (2), Pac-12 (2), WCC (1).
1. Duke (8-0)
2. Michigan State (5-1)
3. Kansas (5-0)
4. Villanova (6-0)
5. Florida (5-1)
6. Notre Dame (6-0)
7. Wichita State (4-1)
8. Kentucky (6-1)
9. Miami (4-0)
10. Cincinnati (6-0)
Others
18. Baylor (5-0)"

"College Basketball Rankings: Projected Top 25 for Week 4" - FanSided
by Connor Muldowney
Posrted: 11/27/17, 1:00am
https://fansided.com/2017/11/27/coll...top-25-week-4/
1. Duke (8-0)
2. Kansas (5-0)
3. Michigan State (5-1)
4. Villanova (6-0)
5. Florida (5-1)
6. Kentucky (6-1)
7. Notre Dame (6-0)
8. Wichita State (4-1) - Honestly, Wichita State could land anywhere between No. 6 and No. 10 in the newest rankings, but the Shockers lost to Notre Dame by just one point last week in the Maui Invitational. Gregg Marshall’s team is talented, no doubt, but the loss will likely cause teams like USC and those same Fighting Irish to jump them. The Shockers beat Cal and Marquette earlier in the tournament and showed that they can play with anyone.
9. Miami (4-0)
10. Cincinnati (6-0)
Others
16. Baylor (5-0)"Last edited by WuShock Reaper; November 27, 2017, 09:58 AM.

"College hoops Power Rankings: The quick fall of Arizona" - ESPN

Is it expectations? Arizona was picked either No. 1 or No. 2 before the season started by just about everyone. Is it controversy? The swirl of the FBI investigation is still hovering. Is it just early? Whatever it is, it's not good.
1. Duke (8-0)
2. Kansas (5-0)
3. Michigan State (5-1)
4. Villanova (6-0)
5. Cincinnati (6-0)
6. Minnesota (7-0)
7. Texas A&M (6-0)
8. Notre Dame (6-0)
9. Florida (5-1)
10. Miami (4-0)
Others:
13. Wichita State (4-1) - The Shockers blew a late lead against Notre Dame to lose in the championship game of the Maui Invitational. That's not the end of the world, obviously. But one interesting note: Wichita State now hasn't defeated a top-25 team in the regular season since December 2015, when it knocked off Utah.
21. Baylor (5-0)"
