Was at the 2014 WSU/UK classic and all my encounters with UK fans were positive. Both terrific games. A few internet trolls won't get us down; can't stop, won't stop. G'luck the rest of the way.

The reason why this thread was created was because we had a barrage of UK fans coming over here and acting like dimwitted assholes. Probably just Walmart t-shirt fans but same difference.

I apologize on behalf of the true UK fans. Trust me when I say they DO NOT represent the BBN. There is fraction of our fan base that are just down right idiots. Every fan base has that the 5%ers that are the loudest most obnoxious fans in the entire fan base. We just have more of them because our fan base is so large.

You should be proud of your team! They were definitely legit and looks like next year is looking pretty damn good for you guys. They never gave up and fought until the end. As a fan, that's all you can ask for our if your team. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. It's a good thing for us that Bam blocked that last shot by Shamet because that kid has ice water in his veins and I know that shot was going in had it not been blocked. He is really good!!!

I'm sure the committee will try to match us up again sometime soon but i don't want to see the Shockers in our bracket anymore. I hope that WSU finally gets the respect that you guys deserve as a national program now. You definitely deserve to be on that level. Good luck to your team.

I don't think the committee wil line WSU up with UK again in the near future. They're trying to figure out how to put the Cavs in our bracket.

Agreed. My family met some very fun and sociable UK fans at the games in Indy. Great memories!
