Nurger has lost his touch on the lefty hook.

I think it is more that Rauno has fallen in love with that move and opponents are ready for it and sitting on it, especially the weak side help. He just needs to mix in some different moves and shots into his repertoire.

Austin will never ever back down from taking a charge--and That makes me nervous. His role was so different than last year in High School and he was more than willing to execute his role in the confines of our team needs. He Knew he could help the Shocks this Season even after fighting injuries all along the trek.

Seriously I think the Redbirds RPI will remain strong enough to be in the discussion for an at large but this average performance and poor behavior will be used against them.

Totally agree. Their play wasn't stellar but this outstanding Shocker team had a lot to do with that. But they may have bust their own bubble with their total lack of composure and don't think for a minute that won't color some of the selection committee's opinion of the Redbirds negatively.

And I hate to break it to the Birds but the selection committee probably WAS watching this game and seeing all of that happen.
