  • MVC & NCAA radio blackout

Mike Kennedy tweeted that the radio broadcast of the MVC tourney, and any NCAA games, cannot be streamed.

So only those local enough to receive the KEYN signal, can listen to the broadcast.

For the more technologically advanced on Shockernet, thoughts? Ways around this?

    PS This is BS!

I guess my first question would be why? One of the great things today is to flip on my tune in ap and catch what Mike has to say during timeouts and halftime, before and after the games......is that really some kind of issue? I suppose I can see the power hungry NCAA doing this, but Arch Madness? Do they just want to see how far they can push WSU fans ? Like the experience doesn't already suck enough? What's next, team hotel moved to Ferguson?

Someone should have the streaming rights. I would be interested if ESPN radio or CBS sports radio was picking this up.
You miss 100% of the shots you don't take....

.....but, statistically speaking, you miss 99% of the shots you do take.
