What a great senior night for J.R. and Zach. One of the best I can remember.

The Shocker bench was going crazy for J.R. and Zach at the end of the game and you coud really see the very real affection that J.R. and Zach's teammates (present and past) have for them. What a nice gesture for Ron, Evan, Tekele and Fred to make a video message for J.R. and Zach.

You won't experience many moments much better than tonight.

Glad this is behind us. That kind of emotion can wear you out.

It is not often that one of Marshall's teams gives up 80+ points, and he is giddy after the game.

Like, I'm pretty sure this was the first time. He was pretty jacked up about what they were able to get for the seniors.

We had a pretty awesome Senior Night last year, but that was one of the more memorable Senior Nights I've ever experienced. Something that cannot be explained took over that final 5 minutes with those guys. That was a pretty amazing end to a couple of great careers and a great year at Koch. Wow.

The people who streamed out during the senior ceremony were lame. What's so important you can't honor two of the most workmanlike bench contributors in the Marshall era, who have given so much behind the scenes for your ultimate entertainment?

More or less embarrassing than the dozens that started exiting at the under 8 timeout, just before those two set foot on the floor?

I swear, there's a decent segment of our fanbase that is pathetic. Cool enough to come out to the game, but pathetic enough to leave with 8 minutes left in the game on a Senior Night. I'm not sure if a lot of those people could name half the guys on our team honestly. They are just there for show.

did you watch that game, stick? boy? illinois state couldn't miss. that one guy with the girl hair-do for isur hit 4 threes.. like all in the first half.

but loyola matched it.. after that game, who in the fu%& is saying that isur is trending down? best valley game of the year so far, by far. much better than any big-12 game i've seen lately. i'd hate to see a valley championship rematch of that game, as great as it was. know what i mean?

What a great senior night. Everything came together like it was written for a book. JR and Zach, thank you for giving so much to the program on and off the court. The team seems to be playing their best basketball now and I think they can take it up another notch. Our three point shooting is through the roof. Records falling, Landry and Conner are a deadly combination. Our inside game is becoming a force in the paint. Can't wait for Saturday as the 25th ranked Shockers aim for 12 in a row and another title.

Does anyone else think that Rauno may need to vary his offensive moves a bit more. Evansville was pretty much on his favorite turn to the right shoot the little lefty hook move tonight. He needs to start faking that a coming back to his left for a little right handed baby hook on occasion.

I did watch the game, they played like crap. It wasn't even one of their 5 best games. Now the game @Loyola was one of ISUs best games
