Baker looks like he could be one of the best defensive guards in the NBA if given enough PT. He disrupts so much, and that's when playing with at least 2 guys at a time that are just standing around.

I always thought Ron was too unselfish. So worried about spreading the wealth he didn't realize he needed to shoot. Then ends up taking a more contested shot than he would have had earlier.
