"I not sure that I've ever been around a more competitive player or young man than Fred VanVleet. I like to win more than 99.9% of the people in this world, but he may top me." -- Gregg Marshall 12/23/13 :peaceful:
--------------------------------------- Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare: "We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".
A physician called into a radio show and said: "That's the definition of a stool sample."
You may want to review the rules, as this came up the year I moderated pick'em.
If you are late for the first game, you automatically lose 4 points, leaving 6 points to divide among the other 4 games. There should not be an advantage to being late. For example, let's say the first game is WSU and they are a huge favorite. If everybody else put 4 points on them and they lost, the most points everyone else could possibly get is 6. However, if one is late, they could say they would have had only 1 point on them, thereby leaving 9 possible points left for them. Thus, advantage for being late.
