the minutes are interesting

No Shaq and we still get 24 points from our bench. We handled their mix of zones with lots of team ball and assists.

@seskridge simply made a polite request. I don't get the need to portray it as censorship.

@kai gets to decide what off-topic material (that is clearly offensive to some) is allowed, but each and every poster has the opportunity to decide for themselves to simply be polite and save that stuff for elsewhere. Yes, you have THE RIGHT to CHOOSE to not exercise some of your rights out of courtesy to others.

Side note: Another thing that immediately comes to mind on that picture that is causing a stir is that generally, these are 18-22 year old girls. Not women. The older I get the more odd it seems and the less attractive the very young women are to me. Beauty has changed a great deal for me as I have grown. Also, I knew someone who did some modeling similar to this photo and that person was a train wreck. Just saying. I'm much more attracted to stable, smart, successful women than I am to bikini bodies... I almost feel sense of concern or compassion for the types that get into this sort of modeling. I may be wrong, but I always just feel like a bunch of people really let them down in their lives for them to be going this route.

Once we get Shaq healthy and he plays 25 minutes plus per game along with Willis and Mcduffie and Brown at the 3 that's a tough front line for most teams to handle. Especially Valley teams. Still think our guards will keep improving, we have multiple 3 point shooters. The need will be do we have a guard or guards that can penetrate and kick out under control? Conner had a few sweet drives, can he make that more a part of his game....I think Smith has that ability also. Will be fun to watch this team develop into the team we know they

can be.

I'm just wondering if my meter is broken or needs to be recalibrated. That is a contradiction in that when has Shaq ever played 25 minutes even when he was healthy.

I agree I think that all woman should be clothed and pictured in nothing but the traditional garb of a truly righteous society. Lets all get together and discuss what that means. I think that a button that reads "I am offended" should be placed at the end of each entry so we can voice our displeasure or is that just a millennial thing.

Good observation that it has happened on occasion.

However,

Shaq has only 3 games this year where he even logged 20 minutes.
Last season, he only reached 20 minutes 5 times, and 25 only once.

To move up to 25/game average is a really high number given his history.

My 8 year old son had a blast in the GA of the student section. Overall, a fun game!

Loved the game that CF, MM, DW, and LS had!

Willis (11.5 points and 6.3 rebounds) has some real competition in NCOY. Jackson of LUC is averaging 17 and 5 while shooting 74% from the field. Johnson at MSU is averaging 13 and 9. Taylor (UE), Custer (LUC), and Rousseau (MSU) are all averaging around 15 per game while Bol (SIU) and Fayne (ISUr) are both averaging around 11 and 6. Willis is right there with Jackson and Johnson, but isn't getting nearly as many minutes.

Different people draw the line differently. That's fine. That's not really what this is about.

There is a sizeable chunk of posters who don't wish to view that material. Everyone else gets to choose if they think they should self-censor out of respect to the request. Given that it is completely off topic to shockernet, it would seem reasonable to politely avoid such posts for the sake of those who don't want to see it.

I don't even have a problem if you decide you don't want to censor your posts. Your choice. But there is no reason to make this an "in your face" issue and bash other people's religious/moral views. Doing that simply speaks about your character. Decent people can disagree about the images themselves without acting like jackasses toward each other. Please, be decent.

Hematoma is a fancy name for a bruise. Sorta like myocardial infarction versus heart attack.

A hematoma is a large collection of blood under the skin and can result in the blood spreading through the tissue to look like a bruise. Sometimes the blood has to be removed by a syringe. It is not just a bruise.
