Geez Coach Eustachy.......I swear that looked like a Natty Lite he was holding up in the press conference. And he sounds awful, but mostly I liked what he had to say.

Seems clear Larry has plenty of respect for Gregg and WSU. He'll say what he's thinking, just like Gregg. I loved his comment about which game he'd rather have won this week.

Can you imagine a Valley coach claiming a non-con opponent would go 17-1 in the Valley?

According to Sully, after the game coaches Marshall & Eustace discussed doing a home and home series. I think would be a good add to the schedule.

Well worth a half of a home game a year.

have not had time to wade through entire game thread...watched the game late last night...I LOVE Pete Gillen, but if he said 'cup' one more time instead of 'basket' I'd have gone nuts...

The Shocker bench scored 44 points against CSU. The fact that this was the bench's 2nd lowest output of the season is quite a statement.

Perhaps even more impressive is that prior to this season Wichita State teams have had a total of 7 50-plus point games from the bench. This year they have 5 in 9 games.

It appears that the identity of this team is its quality depth.

It was our quality Depth that lead us in the 2nd half to the very important road win. The Rams will win their fair share of home games this Season IMO. Some of our best overall players take their turn coming off the bench but still get their minutes. We have 10 starters that would be okay by me in various combinations. As our team chemistry gets better, watch out because we have some nice talent still being developed. Our foes never know which Shockers' could erupt on a given game.

This was a much needed win. I'm taking winning the second halves against Louisville, Michigan State and Colorado State as goodness.

It was a good shooting night. it's frustrating that we had many of the same shots in the Bahamas and couldn't put them down.

We did make some very silly turnovers. Hopefully that gets better.

We need to figure out that when somebody gets hot from three we need to be up in their grill. I'm talking to you Landry.

All but two games over 80 is impressive.

Darral, please block out better and forget the three foot passes in traffic.

An impressive array of moves by Shaq.

A couple bad plays but I give Austin credit for playing fearless.

Sounded exactly like the old fart and his wife sitting behind me. He thought WSU was getting away with too much. After bitching the entire game the couple abruptly grabbed their coats at the 3 minute mark and bolted. Besides them the other CSU fans in our section were decent. They were really impressed with Shaq. I explained he's had some effort issues throughout his career.

We're spoiled with our fan base. Not overly impressed with their crowd especially considering this was a big game for them. Arena reminded me a bit of Hutch. Shocker crowd was certainly visible and should be commended.

Agreed with others comments on their PA. Dude just shouted at top of his lungs right into mic at any chance he got and really couldn't understand what he was saying.

Rams team would fit nicely into mvc with their style and talent. I think they'd finish 4-6 range. I'd be interested in a future series. How about one with Tad Boyles squad?

This would be great but Tad knows how hard it is to win at Koch Arena and may steer clear. He may be more interested in IBA.

Tad is a Beaker at heart. I'm sure he was happy for the paycheck and experience while here, but I'd assume his innate MO would dictate wanting nothing to do with a "bad loss" from "this level" Wichita State.

We are at a level now where the only way losing to us is bad, is if it ends your season. Ain't that right Billy Beaker?
