Not sure how good SC Sr is, but me thinks we have a very good team.

Lots of good things so far. I especially like how we've handled the zone. We'll see far saltier zones than a MEAC team in their first game, but any Shocker fan that has seen a lot of our games the past 4 years knows that we've been strangely terrible against the zone from time to time. Mostly because we tended to go ice cold and failed to find shots without stretching the defense. Today we aren't stroking it, but we are using the high post to find cutters and using our athleticism to get in the paint. Very positive improvement, the stuff Nurger is doing seems to be something new for this season.

Like scoring tons of points in the paint. Like our defense. Only concerned that we have seen this team come out a little stale in the second half several times.
