That was my thought process. I am expecting both LS and MM will be our most consistent players. If Shaq can be a force for us, that will go a long way determining our season.

My personal opinion is maybe a hard fought, well earned, conference battle is just what this team needs (and will get) to achieve the highest possible ceiling they're capable of, which at this point is unknown. If they fight hard and still come up 2nd or 3rd and go to the NIT, it will still serve them very well, but next year.

It's all going to end up good either way!

Well, SBT, I agree that's it all going to end up good, but if this team can't win this league and has to settle for the NIT, I for one will be sorely disappointed. I think ending up "good" is more than that.
