I'm going to go a different direction and sorta pull something out of where the sun don't shine for who will be the next star.

I'm going with Morris. I know that's a bit of a long shot, and maybe I'm too optimistic about his potential, but...

...If Morris can be the star on a team with McDuffie and Shamet, that could work out very well. I think the big man can do it this year.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.

CJ gave a great interview. His favorite artist is a drummer I've never heard of. How many Baltimore youths are going to go there over Kanye?

Also, my wife thinks he looks like a muppet...idk

The big kid has some pretty decent moves on the block no doubt. Pretty explosive leaper too.

The potential for "More" (minutes) is there.

Shaq will be the best post iin the Valley this year. His challenge will be playing a full game, or close to it. I have high expectations for him this year.

gotta be mcduffie: nice jump shot, scores on the break and defends like a mother. good handles, capable of finishing an alley-oop

I'm rooting for Morris as much as anyone on the team. One x-factor for him next season is how he responds to playing and facing adversity without Fred who he seemed to really rely on.

I too would LOVE to see Shaq be the MVC POY next year. I agree that the only thing that would hold him back is minutes. I just also hope that it's not another season of lazy, unresponsive Shaq for the first month or two. He needs to build on the production he gave at the end of the year last year. He was fantastic.

I think our best player next year is gonna be either Shaq or McDuffie. Maybe Shaq, Duff, and Landry can be our "Big 3"

I would not be surprised. I am with you.

                        I love his kiss shot.

well, it's clearly mcduffie. one of the best freshman in the country last year. remember?

and, somebody mentioned cf. cf doesn't have the shooters mentality at all, so far, after two d-1 seasons. not-at-all. if he misses one or maybe two of his first shot attempts, he isn't hardly shooting anymore for the rest of the game. he might be a career 6 ppg guy if he doesn't pick it up.

Connor should shoot whatever 3G allows or how green his light is for next year's squad
