On an aside, my wife has been in Milwaukee this last week, I went over to a buddy's house last night and polished off a bottle of Maker's Mark. Haven't done that in years. Anyone know of a hangover cure that actually works?

Everybody's favorite official will be working The Game tomorrow night - Mr. John Higgins.

It will be his 7th Final Four and has the most Final Four games of any selected.

Along with Mark Whitehead and Tom Eades, who were also selected to work Final Four games, Valley teams are very fortunate to have these guys work a lot of games throughout the season.

I'm sure all SNers on here will raise a toast tomorrow night in acknowledging these fine officials and their accomplishments.

One heck of a crew. Personally, I would have loved to have seen Steratore get a chance in the Final Four, but I get the sense he isn't well liked. No doubt about it though, Higgins is the best.

I would spend the dough to sit courtside for that tandom. Whoever won...I'd be quite confident that the whistles did NOT have an impact. Sarcasm = 0 in that statement. Truth fellas. Higgins is good fools.

I'm curious what everyone else things, especially those that know, but it seemed to me that Nova got a kind whistle, especially in the 2nd half.

I thought it was fairly officiated. The last foul call on NC was probably not a foul but there was a missed out of bounds call with about 5 mins left that went UNC's way. Overall I thought they let the teams play the last several mins of the game and was fun to watch.

I wasn't watching closely, but it looked to me like there were a lot of fouls that could've been called on both ends of the floor that were let go. Lot of no-calls, but went both ways, so fair overall. But of course, I'm just a lowly fan, and not at all qualified to have an opinion on anything officiating related, so we should probably wait for he who is above reproach when it comes to officiating to answer the question, as he is the only one qualified.

On a side note, I may have been slightly biased by the fact that UNC should be suffering through the death penalty rather than playing for the national championship.

it seemed that numerous times shooters/drivers would get BLASTED at the rim(both teams) and in essence the refs said "play on"...

Frankly I liked it.
