  • Second Round of 32 Almost Evenly Split between P5 and Non-P5 Schools

Note that 15 non-P5 schools have made the Round of 32 in this years dance; remarkable given the bias of the committee in assigning seeds.

Kentucky versus Indiana is the only game scheduled today that does not feature a non-P5 Team.

IMO this lends credence to my previous posting regards the bargaining strength the non-P5 schools currently have and should exercise before the P5 conferences capture the enormous revenue stream March Madness generates.

I acknowledge that I am beating a drum to an empty room but could not ignore the opportunity to put this out there for discussion.

There is no question that there is no madness without the non P5 schools winning.
