I think that what Billy is doing is great. It's the rewards and punishment method a lot of us grew up with as kids.
We know what Billy's rewards are - $2 million, great facilities, private airplane, etc. And even when he left the Gators for the Magic, and changed his mind, he was welcomed back with open arms. Now, the big question is - just what is Billy's punishment?
These are very talented youngsters. More than likely one or more will make it to the NBA. Almost all of them came from winning programs.
So just where did they lose the will and fight to win?
