What's up guys, looking forward to the matchup saturday night hoping we can keep it competitive, give you guys a good game, and hopefully your first loss. Since lately we have had some issues stopping dribble penetration in our man defense I think we will try to play a lot of zone. Have you guys faced any zone D this year and if so how do you guys fare against it/attack it? If you have any questions about us feel free to ask and I'll try to answer for you

Illinois State doesn't get to the FT line very often. Ranked #313 in that regard. The D1 average is 37 FTA for every 100 FGA. ISU's ratio is 30.5 for every 100.
Illinois State doesn't shoot FTs well. Ranked #328 in that regard. D1 average is 70%. ISU's is 64%.
WSU gives up A LOT of FTAs. 6th most in D1. Remember that 37/100 ratio? WSU allows 51 FTA for every 100 FGA!
It will be interesting to see how these opposing dynamics interact. Will ISU suddenly get to the line, and if so, will they be able to make a decent percentage? If they don't, I'm not sure how they even score 60, because we all know how hard it is to score from the field against the Shox.

The Shox are getting better so we need to take the average number of FTAs allowed (let's call it k) and then subtract delta-k (dk) to get the change in kick-assedness of their defense, with respect to the number of games we have played, g. The Birds have been crap all year, are craptastic now, and always will be crap so their change in crappitude at getting FTAs is a constant (I'll call it c for obvious reasons); i.e. there's no need to find a differential when you are constantly crappy.
Now just calculate dk over dg, multiply it times the Redturd crappitude constant c and BAM you have the crappy number of FTAs the Turds will wantonly chuck at the iron ring against the Shox. Let's call that chucks.
Now take their sucky 64% FTM factor (let's call it hits) and increase it by the superbowl delta (let's call it s), which can be calculated by finding our MVC opponents' average increase in FTMs minus their normal average and BAM, you now have the superbowl FTM delta to adjust their average FTM. So now you have s + hits = shits factor.
Redbirds FT points against Shox = shits x chucksKung Wu say, man who read woman like book, prefer braille!
