Yup, I like to discuss sports. I try to keep it cordial. But no I didn't post this. Though it got posted on its own by a big time WSU hater over on the Aces board. Seems people respect our team and coaches ... just not us fans :)

I think you could have at least posted a quote from the guy who posted the link:

If the fan base at SHOX, weren't so damn arrogant by believing that they actually have anything to do with Coach Marshal, the program, and his players success. As well as how they belittle anything, not black and yellow, I might even actually share the joy of their resent accomplishments a bit more.

Turns out Marshall could have just as easily gone to Evansville and they would be the ones putting together a Final Four and an undefeated season. Schools just luck into coaches and have to ride their success as long as they can.

The pure idiocy and lack of awareness in that quote perfectly encapsulates why Evansville will always be a D3 coattail riding, leech of a program.

Saw Bryan Holmgren in this...Have to think he played a part...THAT was awesome and made me felt better about our women as well...lots of smiles there....well done.

Bryan is such an unbelievable asset to our program behind the scenes. Tireless, smart, positive and a lifelong Shocker fan.

AceDad, for those who remember him, would be very disappointed in that post from a fellow Aces fan. I miss his contributions to the Valley board.
