Yup, I like to discuss sports. I try to keep it cordial. But no I didn't post this. Though it got posted on its own by a big time WSU hater over on the Aces board. Seems people respect our team and coaches ... just not us fans :)

Head Coach Gregg Marshall is constantly teaching our beloved Shocks great values and excellence both on and off the court. It has been said on SN when Gregg first started coaching here, he stopped a practice to point out some fans who were looking at some available seats to purchase Season tickets up high in the arena. It was said he used that as a teaching moment of how these people would be paying good hard earned money to watch them play and deserved their very best effort at all times on the court.

It is easy for any of us to take things like this for granted in this life and a reminder as such, from those we truly respect, comes in mighty handy. It is those learning moments that may benefit us in life, even more than winning a basketball game.
