I'll speculate a little out of the box. My guess is OU for the home/home.

I think the reason Landry is so developed is the mental side. Both he and Markis need to put on weight and muscle but Landry has the mature basketball IQ that Markis doesn't have yet.

I'm not optimistic that this would be the case, but I would love it if it was.

My top 3 guesses would be K-State, OU or Okie State. Creighton and Colorado seem just a bit too far for "driving distance". And we all know KU is too pretentious to schedule us.

I would be excited about any of these options though. Even if some of said teams would hurt our RPI...

I would bet scheduling might be a bit easier right now since a lot of coaches expect us to be a bit easier to play after Ron and Fred are gone.

Guessing KSU, but would extremely disappointed if our version of the home game in this series is played at IBA, opening up a lot more tickets for the fans in purple.

Gregg referred to Shamet as a 5 tool player when he came in on the Coaches show (immediately) after the Drake game. He also that MM had to develop some of his game (rebounding and defense). Following that with high praise after the Bradley game(said MM's best game) was probably motivational and strategic.

On Bo Boroski -- "the young gentleman who gave me my techincal foul. He...he...let's just say he missed a charge on Fred VanVleet on one trip and he had the unfortunate circumstance to rotate right in front of me and proceed to tell me that he knew I did not like the call, but that he was absolutely correct. And upon further review of the videotape, which I look at -- not sure if he does -- but not only was he wrong on the first account with the foul, then he was wrong by tell me how certain he was that he was right. And at that point I proceeded to tell him 'don't get in my face and tell me you're a jackass twice." And then he said 'Don't show me up'"

"I not sure that I've ever been around a more competitive player or young man than Fred VanVleet. I like to win more than 99.9% of the people in this world, but he may top me." -- Gregg Marshall 12/23/13 :peaceful:

Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".

A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."

He also said that video proved him right and he would make sure that Boroski knew it.

Any of those would be good. I am a little surprised to find out that Creighton is not considered driving distance. I guess all of the WSU fans in Omaha last year must have traveled by airplane, and I was the only idiot that drove my car.

I found his discussion of his technical interesting - the Ref instigated the conversation and taunted Marshall.
                          .

Lol I see your point. My idea of driving distance is how far I'm willing to drive to a game. Everyone's is different.

Also taking into account whether Marshall might mean driving or flying for the team. Also, this is way too analytical... haha
