Just to remind everyone, @SumShocker: posted the rules in the first post of the first round.

From those rules: "Picks are due by the tipoff time of the first game of each round. If you are late getting your picks in, you lose points for the games that have already started, 4 points for the first game, 3 points for the second game, and 1 point thereafter."

This rule has been in place for some time. I know when I ran the Pick'em several years ago, that was the way it was handled.
