What if? What if on a given night a 7-headed monsta was to appear for us? By that I mean after we established our inside game on a given night, it then opened up the flood gates for 1.FVV 2.Baker 3.Frankamp 4.Wessel 5.Brown 6.MM and 7.Hamilton to rain 3's like it was pouring down cats and dawgs.

There are several other Shocker players we have beyond this 7 that could also do the same on other nights which could evolve into an 11 headed monsta. GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!
This would be a long, unbearable night of pain for our foes.

Just got a couple of tickets, so Shocker Dad and I will be there. Giving Drake a pounding would be my idea of a fine way to see out the old year!

I wonder if Mr. Giacoletti will be impressed about WSU this go-around.

Thanks for that....I had a good time going back and reliving that week. People should know by now giving this program a cause or a reason almost certainly will not end well for you.

Beating Drake is so freakin' boring. The only fun is seeing how close I can get to predicting the margin of victory. Although we should win by 33, GM will call off the dogs like he always does (which I dislike very much) and we'll end up winning by 22.

                http://www.goshockers.com/news/2015/...230150519.aspx

                SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS:
                • Led by the scoring duo of sophomore Reed Timmer (18.8 points per game) and junior Northwestern transfer Kale Abrahamson (17.1), Drake is out to a 5-7 start.
                • The Bulldogs were picked seventh in the MVC preseason poll, ahead of Missouri State, Southern Illinois, and Bradley.
                • Timmer was a member of the MVC's All-Freshman and All-Newcomer teams last year. He scored a season-high 30 points earlier this month against DePaul, going 13-of-17 at the foul line.
                • Abrahamson is already a two-time winner of the MVC's Newcomer of the Week honor, claiming the award last week. His 41 points against Western Kentucky on Nov. 23 were the most by a Bulldog since 1981.
                • Drake's .432 three-point field goal percentage is eighth-best nationally. The Bulldogs have hit 10+ three-pointers in four-straight contests and in four of their last six.

Graham Woodard, a 6-0 RSo. guard, is also averaging in double figures at 12.8 ppg. He is shooting 44.1% from 3 but only 55.2% from the FT line. In any case after Timmer, Abrahamson and Woodard the scoring punch drops off significantly.

Drake is 4-7 in D-1 games against schedule ranked 261st. They did play Iowa pretty tough losing 64-70 at the Big Four Classic held in Des Moines. They lost at Nevada 71-79 on December 12th.

Remember the Drake game is ticket number seven with Evan on it. Don't bring the Wambush ticket.

Don't know if it's been mentioned anywhere yet but they will be honoring the 2006 Sweet 16 team at halftime tomorrow and most of the players from that team are expected to be in attendance. Suellentrop mentioned Couisnard, Miller, Wilson, Karon Bradley, Ryan Martin, Wendell Preadom, Phil Thomasson and Cameron Ledford. Braeuer said on Twitter that he will also be in attendance. Ogirri is also expected according to the article.

Edit: guess there's a topic on it

The starters might get extended minutes tomorrow. And it's not gonna be because it's close.

I kinda wonder if we will be seeing a lot of the Orlando lineup again over the next two months.

Time for 100 on the board. All Shockers that suit up and play will score.

I have a single ticket available for the game.

Price = Come early, stay late, be loud, wear yellow.
