Had to laugh at the way 3G responded to Ron's question about whether Landry would be better at the point and Tyrone at the 2 position. 3G said neither one was playing anywhere right now (and that was that). Whether that indicated 2T2 is in the doghouse I don't know. It does indicate he is buried at the bottom of the guard depth chart. Of course, we pretty much knew that when JRS was getting the call ahead of 2T2 before Fred and Conner made it back.

Why? Can't listen so do tell.

There was a question about why he was playing point guard instead of the 2 and coach remarked he hasn't played since FL and you could kinda tell there was more to it. Coach was choosing his words very carefully.

Fred and Conner were quite the calvary "Jeb Stuart and the boys."

It was meant as a dig at schools that hang their hat on who they lose to.

Fred didn't do much today. Will go a little bit tomorrow. Wednesday will be more of a mental day. Thursday and Friday will be focused on getting ready for Seton Hall. So Fred will get 4 days of decent rest before Thursday.

No comments yet on EH. Keep in mind 3G did not say 2T2 was in the doghouse. He simply said he wasn't playing anywhere right now. Maybe he is in the doghouse and maybe 3G just didn't want to answer Ron's question. It's clear that 2T2 has played himself down the depth chart.

Pssst someone ask what impact Jans is having in his new role with the shox.

Coach shed a lot of light on the Shaq situation. Says it's mostly mental but could be a little physical. Working on getting him to play balls to the wall for the two minutes he is on the floor during the big man rotation. Actively coaching on his in game decisions and sited a time Shaq should have jump stopped instead of what he did do. Sounds like Gregg is being as patient as could be expected without letting up on him.
