It drew a .4 but I can't find any viewer numbers. A game on Saturday the week before was a .4 and had 675,000 viewers so it's probably pretty close to that.

I have a hard time believing that only 37,000 people watched our game against Drake. I think more people in the State of Kansas alone watched that game then 37,000. I mentioned before that I thought that I remember reading somewhere that Nielsen only includes people in the top 50 TV markets when they do these overnight ratings. Which would mean the only Kansans included in their ratings would be those living in the KC TV market. Which would explain the low overall number (Des Moines wouldn't be included either).

I'm sure the 36k number is actual over the wire cable viewers, without any consideration to streaming online. I streamed it online because I was working.

Stupid time for a basketball game. Stupid.

260,000 viewers for the WSU @ Illinois State game on ESPN2 Feb. 6th. I'd say that's a pretty good number for a 9pm local start on a night that had NBA, UFC, and lots of Super Bowl preview coverage.

Using your link above I found this on the same site stating that our game against Evansville drew 156,000 viewers. I think that is a very respectable number for a game on ESPNU. http://sportstvratings.com/nfl-pro-b...-31-2016/4439/

Great find! I had to watch that one online and had forgotten it was ESPNU instead of ESPN3. 156k is definitely our best on the U this season and a very solid number overall!

281k for the game on ESPN2 against UNI on 2/13. That beats the previous weekend's # by 21k

After adding in the Indiana St. and Illinois St. numbers I think these are the final ratings numbers for the regular season..

Average of 281k viewers for the six games on ESPN2
Average of 85.5k viewers for the four games on ESPNU
Average of 202.8k viewers for the ten games on the ESPN Networks combined

Figured I'd add in the postseason numbers as well:
1.51 Million viewers for WSU vs Vanderbilt on TruTV (3/15/16) http://sportstvratings.com/vanderbil...-15-2016/4679/

2.609 Million viewers for WSU vs Arizona on TNT (3/17/16) http://sportstvratings.com/florida-g...-17-2016/4688/

The best I can find for the game against Miami is that it got a 3.94 rating on CBS, no viewership number though

You're not saying 2 and a half times more people watched WSU than watched the flagshit, are you?

That's what the end result shows, but based on recent history I'm not quite sure that fan base gives a damn about actual results...

I found some tv ratings for this year's games at the Bahamas. I believe the 3 games drew better than last years first three games on national TV. The LSU game drew 262K on a Wednesday afternoon on espn 2. https://sportstvratings.com/timberwo...-23-2016/6924/

The Louisville game drew 546K on Thanksgiving Day on espn. https://sportstvratings.com/lsu-texa...-24-2016/6946/

The Michigan State game drew 447K on Friday, November 25 at 1pm on espn 2. https://sportstvratings.com/baylor-t...-25-2016/6948/

Thanks for digging these up! I'll start up another spreadsheet to track viewership for the 2016-17 season and start a new thread as we get more national TV games
