Kelly needs to get quicker from the time he gets the ball to getting his shot off. Stopping to gather himself just gives the defenders time to collapse on him.

Um, I thought there was a new rule in place that when a timeout is called within 30 seconds of the media timeout it counts as the media timeout? Did I interpret that rule correctly or no?
