WHEN he comes back, I hope they list him last in the starting announcements; I suspect the crowd cheer will take a while!

Three days of non-contact practice including lifting every day with no setbacks. I am guessing he is at the Step 2 level and they will gradually increase the intensity into Step 3 until he is pretty much doing a typical workout sans the contact. Hard to say how long that process will take but it is great to hear he has not had any new setbacks since the headaches after jogging last Saturday. Sounds promising.Last edited by 1972Shocker; December 18, 2015, 01:16 PM.

I mean, I'm giddy about the prospect that Grady could be returning to the court in the not-to-distant future. If/when he can contribute, we can start to reevaluate some of those lofty hopes we had in October.
But, more than anything, I'm super stoked he's able to do something like play a pick-up game of basketball without side effects. Makes me feel good about his long-term health, which is the most important thing.
I hope the Shox make the NCAA tournament, and I hope Mr. Grady gets to play in it, even if just for 1 minute as a scrub as we close out a 20-point win over some poor, unsuspecting 3 seed.

While I'd love to have Grady back, I can't figure he's in top shape. Delgado from Seton Hall is 6'9 250 lbs. He's going to require someone to bang it out against him. I just cant' figure that is the best idea to start him back against him. Let him rest one more game, then we have 2 easier home games he can use to get going again.
