I am not ruling out Gottlieb. The WSU sentence was straight out of a haters handbook and that guy is capable of making up a fake preseason ranking just to post it here to be annoying. He reads our board daily, you know.

I think my favorite was Miami above Utah because Utah returns a ton from a great team BUT Miami played in the NIT.

The BCS party line on WSU remains the same. Gonzaga is better. Marshall leaving as soon as the first BCS school offers him $1M, Barker and VanFleet overrated yet carrying the team, team is toast once they leave next year. The loss of first round NBA prospects Tekele Cotton and Darius Carter will be impossible to recover from.

Considering they have both said how much they respect each other, I think that's a partnership you wont be able to find anywhere else in the nation.
