More hamstring flexibility than vertical jump.

        No doubt about that.

According to this article, vertical may be estimated as 2/3 to 70% of box jump. That would translate to a vertical for Landry of 45.6" to 46.9"

If a kid is going to post a video of him working out, I would much rather it be of him getting 100 shots up or running 25 wind sprints. He shouldn't be practicing for a dunk contest.

              Beware of those skinny legs.

              Most impressive. Thanks, Dan.

I have yet to see this guy play live, but I am really hoping he becomes the greatest PG (I know it's debatable whether he will be a PG or SG, but I want PG) to play at WSU and follow in FVV's footsteps. Could you imagine how bad the beakers would flip at the fact WSU goes to KC and grabs a PG out of their backyard and he dominates the country?

As a grown man, I should never admit this, but the mere thought of him becoming the "greatest PG to play at WSU and follow in FVV's footstep" makes me a bit giddy.

We've had a lot of really good point guards under Marshall and each one is better than the previous (Hannah - Ragland - Armstead - FVV). If this trend continues, look out.

There will never be a better PG at WSU than FVV.

                            Never.

But I do want the guy that thinks he can be.

I might temper that statement by saying "There will never be a better PG, who came in as a freshman and stayed 3 or 4 years, than FVV. Never."

Fred has a lack of some physical attributes, that if he had, he likely would not have been here this year, possibly last year.
