Based on that photo, Rian has been seriously pushing weight and I barely recognize him from his time here. He was so skinny, he had to run around in the shower just to get wet. Now look at him, good for him.

What's really incredible about what Ria'n is doing is his usage is also 25.7 and playing nearly 29 mpg, he's incredible efficient and doing it on volume. For context to those who aren't familiar with usage only Shaq, Darryl and SHJ have higher usage rates than Ria'n but on much fewer minutes. Ria'n is doing some serious work.
