    • Senior center Anton Grady will wear No. 15 for his one season at WSU, worn last season by former walk-on Jared Walker.

Walker is no longer on the team after he decided to focus on academics and stay at WSU.

That's too bad, I thought he was pretty impressive for a walk-on. I guess that helps solve some of our overloaded roster problems.

Jared was a very solid walk on and apparently a pretty valuable practice player. Walking on to a D-1 program requires a really big commitment of time and effort when you know playing time will be sparse at best.

I think many on here believe that Jared would be a serviceable sub on many MVC teams. For sure there will not be very many minutes for guards at the end of the bench. I liked the way he played and wish him nothing but the best.
Where oh where is our T. Boone Pickens.

I don't think it's a stretch to imagine him on scholarship at Drake or Evansville.
