Team is left on their own to scrimmage ad there is lots of trash talking.
Kind of like when I was a kid. FVV and RB named captains to divide up
teams and FVV gets first pick with picks alternated. How do you all see it?
Here is my scenario in order of picks.

If I'm picking first, I pick Evan Wessel. Because I like to win.

Zach Brown would be my first pick. And if Markis was still available, I'd pick him next.

So, the first thing you're going to do is to put 2 6' guards on your team and they're going to be covered by a 6'4" guard and a 6'6" guard or maybe 2 6'4" guards? Then on the other end you have 2 6' guys trying to defend guys from 6'4" to 6'6"?

That's not likely to end well.

No matter how they choose sides this is competitive. Starters vs Backups looks pretty competitive too. They will be pushing each other especially if the newbies are as good as advertised.

But one of those guards is Van Vleet. So, it's essentially a wash. :-)
