I'm a fossil. I do SN, e-mail, texting, and I do internet -- I keep up with ESPN, CBS Sports, and others. I don't do Twitter or Facebook. Wish they would put something on local news though.

Same here, I wish companies wouldn't use a 3rd party service (Twitter, FB, etc.) as their means of communication and expect everyone to sign up for it.

I heard there was a small blurb on the 3rd page of the Penny Power - anyone else see that?

Now that's a blast to the past. I haven't seen a PP in years.

Was there an ad in The Beacon?

They obviously don't care about it. They never make a big deal out of it. Same thing happened with the FF year. I wouldn't even have known about it if I wasn't on Shockernet.

And that's the reason why you have such underwhelming, pitiful turnouts. Prepare similarly for Thursday.

But you better believe they'll be prepared in their concession stands for $8 nachos.

              ... No really, deuces.

I appreciated the opening up of the Awards night after the F4 and even last year after 35-1. But the banquet format is appropriate too during certain years and excitement still surrounds this program. I'm still interested but I have to go out of town. Even if I didnt, I probably wouldn't attend. If I had young kids I may but they aren't allowing autographs anyway.
