I thought I would check out the Alabama press on the most recent events. I have focused on the comments. I think in general, WSU fans have been waiting, not patiently, put politely, for HCGM to make his decision. It is very obvious, many 'Bama fans don't take this point of view. Read and enjoy. Jim Schaus did what lots of people couldn't do, convince Marshall To Coach His basketball team. I appreciate the effort to get Marshall to WSU & Marshall ' s dedication to Wichita. On a related note, another thread listed NCAA coaching salaries. I always supported Turgeon, but Marshall has earned more.

This is one of the funniest comments ever. Because math. Sometimes these phrases work for you, but when the phrase is about money, in a situation about money, you just look silly.

Apparently a dozen Marshall's would cost Alabama more than $60MM/yr. We don't know how much more, but more.

I think it's the best realistic option. A definite step up overall from C-USA basketball. Some UAB fans aren't yet ready to talk about a conference future without football, so the MVC discussion on our forum has been heated. Coach Haase has mentioned interest on multiple occasions now.

Lol, the only two jobs that Stevens will even think twice about are Indiana and Duke.. Even then, he seems content to coach in the nba.. Not to mention he's already viewed by some as a top ten nba coach. Who in there right mind would reasonably think he would go to bama.. I don't care how big of a homer you are
