  • What kind of dunk do you want to see Tekele do?

I want to see him grab the ball off the top of the backboard and dunk it. But i dont think that will happen so I'll be happy with him dunking on a jug of tide, or over a longhorn steer.

Bonus fact of the day- Cattle with long horns are actually steers, meaning their nuts have been cut off. Gregg, the more you know!!

I want Tekele to use John Jones and Shaq Goodwin as props.

I'm hoping he has a better showing than David Kyles and Cleanthony Early. Those two didn't exactly 'bring it' at their respective competition.

He needs to do well or that may be the end of Shockers getting invited. Cle was WAY too nervous, and made the 'not Top 10'. Tekelicoptor, Dominique style reverse, Vince style dunk... all solid.

He has to do one windmill, tomahawk dunk just to show off his sheer power as a 6-2 guard.

How he will do when he isn't throwing down over a 6-8 or 6-9 PF is hard to say.

Haha I remember Cleanthony's first dunk disaster. It would be awesome to see Tekele do some sort of 360 in between the legs dunk. There is no way Tekele loses this. By the way, does anyone know his vertical? It has to be in the 40s at least

It looks like his head has been up to the rim on some dunks. So at 6'2", he'd have to be off the floor by 3'10" or 46".

To be fair to Cle, I thought his second try on the dunk that got him on the Not Top 10 was pretty impressive. The judges just incorrectly downgraded him since it was his second try.

But those dunks were running leaps. Verticals are from a standstill. Still -- 40" isn't out of the question for him.

Important thing is a good first impression. Kyles and Cle both went for tough dunks and didn't nail them, and that cost them. Honestly Cle's second attempt was probably the toughest dunk of the night, but after his first attempt he would have needed to dunk from half court to make the next round. Cotton doesn't need to pull off a 720 from the FT line over a motorcycle, I'd just like to see him do something relatively simple that still showcases how freakishly athletic he is.

He needs to go beyond the windmill dunk and go up to the wind turbine dunk.

Someone will have to tell me how that works though.
