He has hit a "glass ceiling" were he can play in sweet 16s, final 4s, go undefeated, get paid as much as the top names in the game and even have darn near the richest man in America "stroke a big check" to keep him. Glass ceiling.

Pretty sure that was written on Grant's last paycheck as well.

It is a sign of poor logic skills to suggest that the way to break though a glass ceiling is to take a job that is worse than the one you have now. If you are at WSU and you leave for Kentucky you may be breaking through a "glass ceiling." If you leave WSU to go to Alabama you are regressing. I don't think Marshall has any problems with logic skills.

Quit posting pictures from 3 hours before tipoff during winter break in the middle of a bowl game.

It can't help the recruits who want to know that the coach will still be there a year or two later when the sign.

                        • Everyone stop bothering "The Coach", let's just all chill out and make some Alabama jokes.

                          • A team that was certainly not Gregg's most talented team had the top seed in the NCAA Tournament down 12 with 11 minutes to go in a Final Four game. No way in hell has Gregg touched his ceiling here.

Normally, that would piss me off, but I have to admit I had to chuckle a little.

HCGM is always upfront with his players. The man knows what he is doing.
