@mctait: Self on Wichita State: How in the world they're a 7 seed at 28-4 blows my mind. Thought both WSU & N. Iowa would be higher. #KUbball

I know we're naturally going to look at this from our perspective ... but on the flip side of this, Self/Kansas fans should be pissed about this. Kansas has by far the hardest path of any 2 or 3 seed.

If I was a Kansas fan, outside of the close location, I would trade with any three seed right now.

KenPom rankings of their two likely seeds: 88, 14

Notre Dame: 120, 23
Oklahoma: 131, 28
Baylor: 71, 26
Iowa State: 121, 19

Kansas' first round opponent is the second best of any of that group, and their theoretical second opponent would be the best.

Granted I'd be playing the world's smallest violin for them ... but man, Oklahoma getting a far easier path than Kansas is insane.

Seth Greenberg and Bilas think the Shox get to the S16. Greenberg calls it a crusade game for the Shox. Bilas says it is also a crusade game for KU as well.
