We played 8. Shaq, Kelly and Brown came off the bench tonight.

        One excerpt:

I'd totally be okay with bringing in Murphy and clotheslining Baker. I'm so sick of the Shocker nonsense. They can physically assault you all game long and the refs let them but if you even touch them they cry like ****ing babies. So over it.
        So over it? Obviously not.

        • We did our part. Let's see how uni does.

By the way, detroit beat Valpo. Huge buzzkill for Valpo who has been doing great lately.

          • Ron played like there's girlfriend issues, but I love that he's still classy enough to applaud the ISU seniors. I think he'll light it up on Saturday.

Eight. Zach was in for a second.

                • That was the grind I thought it might be but thank goodness we have FVV, he was the difference tonight. And I'm glad Ron chose tonight to have a really bad game. I don't see that happening Saturday. At least, I trust he has a much better game. Indiana State came out of no where with tough defense tonight, disrupting the passing lanes and shots. A very good tune up for UNI. Go Shox!

Yeah, that post was not whiny at all! Funny.

Thought our road warriors were going to town in the 2nd half with the nice lead. Then 'Mr. Smith tried to go to Washington' on us and could not miss which in turn made the game interesting until Fred Van 21st BD, Van Dagger, VanVleet took us closer to the Valley Promise Land. 16-1--26-3. So far, so good.
Shocker basketball will forever be my favorite team in all of sports.

There were a lot more. If I tried to quote them all I'd exceed the maximum character count for one post.

He followed his first ISUb game (5 pts) with 19 in the next.

I like the Shockers chances on Saturday even more now. :-)They'll play much better.

Major concern for the conference tournament. Hopefully we get some good beatdowns in the first two games to rest the Big Three.

They've played a lot of minutes this year. But you're right, a deep bench won't be as vital in the real tournament. Still, having just one guard we could rely on off the bench would be a blessing. Henderson and Holland are combining for just over 30% from the field.
