A resounding defense of Mark Adams as an announcer: "Who would you rather have.."

My point is he drives me nuts for being over the top. Dick V also drives me nuts. I tend to turn off the audio and listen to Mike Kennedy. Even with the delay it is a much more enjoyable experience than Adams. I know he likes the Valley. He is paid to like the Valley. He could back off a bit it, make his comments actually mean something, and be bearable. It is like your mother telling you how good you are.

If I had a dollar for everytime I heard posters say they synch up the games to Kennedy instead listening to the TV announcers, I would be buying out the season tickets to next year's Shocker FOOTBALL team. That's how rich I would be.

All good points. But I think the drama and excitement of the game , and our team especially, should speak for itself.

I don't spend much time watching CBB other than Shocker basketball, so I honestly don't know who would be a better fit.
