Here is what UNI has remaining on their table on Valley games.

FEB-11 -home game vs. Illinois State

Feb 15th @ Mo State

Feb 18th-@ Loyola

Feb 21st. home vs Bradley

Feb 25th home vs Evansville

Feb 28th @ WSU

I definitely hope Evansville has Mock and Brozja back for that one, and I hope Loyola gets Doyle back. I think those are the only two ways UNI might not run the table, themselves. On the other hand, it looks like they will be winning out until they face us so its going to set up a great final game if we can do the same.

I just hate to see Evansville and Loyola both tank the way they did. Evansville is the team I could see re-emerging a little bit, though. They may still finish high. Next season for them should be really good.

Obviously having both of us win out until UNI visits Koch is the best scenario. Last year we won the conference 18-0. Was it the previous year we got second, and had a 12-6 record and Creighton was 13-5? The year before we won with a 16-2 record, right? Has the MVC ever had first and second finish with 17-1 and 16-2 records? Part of it is that the bottom of the MVC is worse than most years, but it's cool to have two such dominant teams.

UNI would have lost to the Redbirds on their road win had the birds simply made their throws down the stretch. Thus, I have to wonder if the redbirds can avenge that very home loss they handed to them on a silver platter this week on the 11th? Dunno, but I certainly hope so and I like the day on the 11th of this game.

Evansville is cooked. Of their six remaining games 2 are roadies at WSU and UNI, and one is home against an ISUr team that beat them by 26 on the road. They'll be lucky to finish at .500.

Well since we haven't played the Trees yet, that means I haven't seen them play. So I'm not really sure what to expect.

Being a home game, I do see a double digit win at least. So I'll go with:
