  • I've never seen an injured player bood at Koch. Season tickets for many years.

I don't know, this is a WSU forum. I don't have any more reason to watch KU games than I do UCLA or Middle Tennessee State games. I'm honestly not sure if I could tell you the name of a single KU starter. It is not a hate thing; I just don't care.

I hope the young man heals quickly and is able to contribute again this season. He came back in and finished the game with broken hand - he must be a tough sob.
I've always thought of that as a soccer thing rather than a European thing.

I remember him. His middle name was Mother, if I remember correctly.

I can't count the number of times I've seen legitimately injured players being booed by the fans in basketball and football games in the last few years, and it's becoming awful.

I'd rather give people the benefit of the doubt and hate on them after the game than react in the moment and be horribly wrong.

Glad you're big enough to apologize for it afterward. I know there have been a number of times I've seen opposing fans say similar things about WSU players and not have the integrity to apologize for it after.
Feel free to put it on me, specifically. And that's why I was especially mad at myself...I would NEVER do that in person. I'd be the first person to applaud him and make sure he was ok. Really disappointed in myself there.
