Tell me, if I am all mixed up....again.

    I have Direct TV.

When Shocker games are televised by Cox 22, I am unable to watch the game live on Direct TV or ESPN3. About an hour, after the game is over, I can watch the replay on ESPN3.

Last night, for some reason that I have yet to fathom, the Cox production was shown of one of Direct TV's non-dedicated stations, which is reserved for sports and other special productions.

I can never remember Cox and Direct TV cooperating in this manner. Was it a mistake? Should I have been blacked out?

Am I all mixed up again?

Thanks in advance for your sage response.

I haven't heard that either. All I know is I have to log in to ESPN3 using a friends Xfinity account from Seattle AND use the hotspot from my phone to provide internet to my Xbox, they go so far as to block U-Verse by IP ... I really hate cox. The production values are embarrassing really.

Best quote I've seen from Barruh's presser last night:

“The thing Tekele does, better than anybody in our league, is that he disrupts,” Hinson said. “There’s no rhythm. He reminds me of a Southern Baptist at a dance contest. There’s just no rhythm at all. That’s pretty good when you can be that one person and disrupt another team.”

Yeah, that's a valid point. I get that.

By the way, WSU wasn't the only one to suffer in RPI terms from playing at home (and winning) against a terrible MVC opponent: Loyola's RPI rank dived from 50th to 61st after their win over 2-14 Drake. Goodbye to that particular "top 50" win. That baby is long gone, and unlikely to return.

It was the same way on Dish last night. I went up to an alternate sports channel that I never go to...and there it was. It had a Comcast stamp on the screen, so I just figured comcast picked it up in at least one of their markets and we were lucky to see it.

Comcast always picks it up. Cox has some sort of agreement where they do the production work and get to show it to their subscribers up in KC. That it was on Direct Tv and Dish is news to me.

I have always had games because of Cox. This weekend, the game will be on Fox Sports Midwest. I'll be traveling to another state at a place that doesn't get Fox Midwest. What options will I have? Will the games be on the internet? Shocker Vision? ESPN 3?

I gave a Slingbox to my father for Christmas (who lives in Colorado). It was the most selfish gift I have ever given to anyone, but I love it.
