Our KenPom jumped from #21 to #13 with tonight's win. It had dipped as low as #23 following the win against ISUr.

WOW, just 53 possessions in this one. That is the lowest of the entire season and slowest tempo of any WSU game since we lost @ TCU 57-48 on 12/8/2008.

At 1 point per possession, the defense was just okay. The offense, however, was off the charts efficient.

Nurger is a darn good freshman, but Shaq has had a really great three games. Wessel was not at all undersized against Loyola. His size is his only real flaw, so it didn't make much since to sit him.

Until I hear official word, I'm not lingering on it. It does seem odd, though. I hope it's just that Shaq and Wessel have made it difficult for him to get playing time.
