I'd say that Baker's block/deflection of McIntosh with 1:45 left in the game was bigger. McIntosh's face after that was priceless (nice to have general seating and be about 20 feet from it).

I had a layover at DFW this morning and they had ESPN on one of the airport/restaurant's monitors. When they showed TC's dunk - the whole restaurant let out a collective "WHOA".......there might have been a "Booya" too or it could have just been in my head.

I've had a Cialis smile since I saw both plays yesterday.

For some reason ESPN has not figured out that people really look forward to the Top 10 and would like to watch it on their website. They clip and post other on-air content so considering espn.com is so comprehensive it is an odd oversight on their part.

I can't remember exactly what WSU did next, but I think it was the WSU run following the dunk that really was the key.

I will say that it is possible the dunk woke the crowd up enough so that they were ready to cheer quicker the next time WSU did something good. From that perspective, I guess the dunk was a key play. I just know that the 3 by ISU right after it felt like a gut punch because it seemed to instantly undo much of what the dunk had just created.
The set of plays in my mind were dunk > answer 3 by ISUr > answer 3 by Fred. I felt that the dunk was the lift that led to the start of the finishing run; even if ISUr immediately answered it the team's and crowd's energy level peaked right afterwards. I felt like ISUr's 3 was the their last bubble of energy, and they didn't seem to have anything else in the arsenal other than fouling.

Generally, the great players are the most hated. They really can't stand Baker because he owns them. They've never beaten him. (0 for 7) That's gotta sting.

Redturd fans have a general insecurity when talking about WSU. They're envious of us so the only way they can make themselves feel better is to bring us down by trashing our players and coaches. That's all they got. They certainly don't have the basketball (something like 1-12 in the last 12 meetings). They don't have the fan support, lol. They don't have the spotlight or pedigree (see us in the last 4 years).

17 years and counting since the last time Illinois State assembled any sort of relevancy. Ouch.

I had a chance to watch the replay of the game and specifically focused on TC’s dunk; what was most interesting was the extended pause from Mitch and Mark. They didn’t make any comment until the ISUr guy hit the crowd silencing three. I first thought the audio went out temporarily as I was expecting an immediate comment from both of them. There was at least 10 seconds of silence with only the crowd roaring. You could tell they were both ‘stunned’ by the magnitude of the ‘throw down’ (television still doesn’t do it justice). I’ve seen the majority of dunks in the arena over the years and I’m not sure I’ve seen a better one… top 5 no doubt.

I did see the AC years and saw him do a 360 jam in a game one time. Don't recall the date or opponent..........but it was pretty special. TC's elevation was awesome though.

Yes it was... even with a guy trying to hold him down.

What made many of AC's, and for that matter, Cliff's dunks special was the sheer power. They would simply dunk with guys hanging all over them. Within 3 feet, count on it. David Kyles was all about air time. TK is a combination of air and power. They have all been fun to watch.
Where oh where is our T. Boone Pickens.

The reason ESPN doesn't post the top 10 online is licensing. They can put clips from sports on TV but online is licensed differently. There have been some that rip the top 10 and YouTube them but they will cut out certain sports.
