      I stand corrected.

Nebraska had 2 really good players and not a very good team. I was disappointed how disorganized they looked. I would have expected more from a Tim Miles coached team.

Hawaii is now 9-3 with wins over Pitt and Nebraska. Maybe they will be an autobid kind of team this year?

Plus, the title game is still going to include GW or Colorado. Just make sure we get there, guys.

It's pretty hilarious that we are gonna watch our RPI fall throughout this tournament with each W :)

Question: would you rather have Hawaii or DEPAUL? Hahaha

Answer: obviously depaul because you would like to have a tangible comparison point such as a blowout win over a team who will beat Creighton twice this year.

Ugh. Nebraska can go to hell. We basically just picked up an extra road game at a Missouri State clone for SoS/RPI purposes.

Just gotta win the games you're stuck with though.

Thanks for dropping a big turd, big red.

Well, at least the boys got rest last night.

And we're playing a true road game tonight.

The first two were quite rare situations. A Nebraska player dunked during warmups, giving Hawaii two FTs before the opening tip, which they made. Then in the first half a Hawaii player reached over the sideline during an inbounds play and touched the ball.

                      Realtime RPI rank:

                      Nebraska - 0.5430, #107
                      Hawaii - 0.4726, #210

                      B1G - 0.5689, #4
                      Big West - 0.4894, #16

                      SOS Rank:

                      Nebraska - #95
                      Hawaii - #290

Even if Nebraska finishes last in the B1G and Hawaii finishes first in the Big West, at the end of the season Nebraska will still have a much better RPI than Hawaii. Nebraska would be a benefit to WSU on Selection Sunday.

In not-so-shocking news, Ohio is crushing DePaul by 23 with over 11 minutes to play. Javarez Willis already has 25 points and five assists for the Bobcats.

Treg Setty has 15 off the bench. You might remember him having played at SIU his freshman year.

I'm friends with a former Ohio U player who at one time in the 1970's was their all time leading scorer, before the 3 point shot. Range was once he hit the floor he could hit. Drafted by Cleveland, had a knee injury which ended his career before it started. He went from that to minor league baseball.....wears a knee brace to this day. he is in their sports HOF, nice guy. His son lead the state of Ky in scoring a few years ago as a HS Jr. He is a student at UK now, 6-4 shooting guard, would be a helluva walk on but he plans to be an orthopedic surgeon. My son played in the national championships for AAU in Lexington a few years ago, they were teammates and had some great baseball games against each other as well.

I guess I'm pulling for Colorado in this one. Tad probably finds a way to scratch out another at-large bid somehow, and the Buffs carry a little more "wow" factor to the average idiot ESPN caters to.

I'm just following the live box score from work, but Booker with 2 fouls already can't be good for the Buffs.
