This year's team is so much more vulnerable to a bad night shooting (or anything else going wrong) than last year's because of a lack of size and ability to throw the ball into the post with anything more than a passing fancy.

The Shocks may win today, and they may win a lot of games, but the invincibility cloak has been removed.

I hate to bring this up, but Doug Gottlieb had a similar, but actually more complimentary assessment earlier this week on 810whb....

Do we still have offensive sets? All we've ran for 3 or 4 games are a bunch of slow and sloppy ball screens. It would be nice to run a play to get an easy look at some point.
