Talk about an unsatisfied Shocker squad playing angry. Why? Because we are not used to losing and will do something

about it. Saint Louis got hit hard by graduation but still have some solid players. A start of another new Shocker winning streak will

be the result. We have 8 new players and we will only keep getting better. Can you dig that? Grooooovy!!!

For sure 3G wanted to get back to work and after the game had a positive outlook on things. The players here are not used to

losing and probably can't wait to get busy. Yes, playing a solid team like Utah on the road pointed out some weaknesses of our

young team. We got out-rebounded by 3 and only had 8 assists. Our only solution for stopping their 2-7-footers was Carter who

fouled out in 17 minutes. They really tried to cover up Baker's touches and this will happen again. We also fouled too much and according

to the TV commentators, we were getting away with oodles of more fouls? I was thinking--"what do you want--eggs in your beer?" Such is life on the

road and we will learn from all of this and improve.


However, on our positives, we only committed 6 turnovers and we had 6 steals. Even on a cold-shooting night, we have a chance to beat teams. FVV

had a rough night but never quit leading us and fighting to the bloody end in there. Our upside as a team is sky high and practice is where we will get

these things iron out where less issues will come out in the wash.

I don't think there will be any hangover, not with 14,000 plus fans in the stands. Shocks will win by 20, 75-55. Shocker Nation needs to be loud and show our team how much we appreciate how hard they play. Lets blow the roof off the place!!!!!!!!!

I too believe we play even angrier in this one. Shocks - 76, Bilicants - 62. Ron will not miss a dunk, but will take his first shot to the face for the season. Fred will go dub-dub and 14,000+ will witness an epic TC/DC dunkfest - You Shook me All Night Long!
