As far as recordings, I wouldn't even know where to look for those. I'd be happy to give you one of our trumpet players to walk around with you and play it every time your phone rings. They're very bored and lonely individuals.

Sorry guys, the sarcasm is a bit thick today.
    :D
Can he do the sports center theme when I get a txt?

I think he might be able to manage that. Fair warning...they do require beer and a lot of attention.

Thanks for the bar names guys. Does Metro Sports show the games very often?

Please excuse a Jayhawk chiming in here. J&J-Ryan is asking similar stuff in this thread on the off-topic forum:

There are so many great places in KC that it'd be hard to name them all here. Everything mentioned so far has been fine, but don't forget to check out downtown KC from time to time. McFaddens and the area around the Sprint Center is blowing up with awesome bars and restaurants.

Of course, the Legends offers you about everything you could want, from shopping, family entertainment and restaruants to one of my favorites - the Yardhouse, offering the most draught beers in the world. Seriously.

I'm sure I don't have to tell you about the BBQ!

Checking in with the Alumni Association is a good idea. Yes, the Shockers do play on Metro every once in a while.

        Good luck with the move.

Try to get into a place with Time Warner Cable - not Comcast. TWC is the guys with the 'metro-sports' trucks that actually do the broadcast of the shox games. This year they've even pre-empted a local community channel (Parkville ch5) to show shox games when there isn't room on the MetroSports channel. I know JOCO folks who've swiched cable systems just for MetroSports channel.
I had season FOOTBALL tix... did you?
